The Shell Program is the fundamental bare-shell solution from HiLine Homes. We’ll complete the foundation, framing, roofing, siding, windows, exterior doors, and interior framing. From there, you can customize your shell home according to your vision.

Super Shell Program

Our highly popular Super Shell Program encompasses all the features of the Shell Program and more: rough plumbing, rough electrical, insulation, and sheetrock finished and textured. You can add your personal touch with trim, cabinetry, and unique interior details.
